How do I start using the pickup and delivery laundry service?
You can start by placing an order on our website and we will add you to our route for the week that are normally on Wednesdays with a pickup and Drop-off on the same day. The time may vary, but we like to work within a 4 hour window 9am – 8pm (morning pickup 9am-1pm/ and evening dropoff 4pm/8pm). We will confirm the day and time when we receive your order. All orders must be prepaid 24 hours before the pickup. $20 off for First Time Customers Prompt20off.
How much is your Pickup and Delivery Laundry Service?
Prices can vary, but we like to charge a non-business customers $45 flat rate (up to 20lbs) and $85 flat rate (up to 40lbs) business customers for one 13 gallon bag size that should be filled up and closed with no rips or tears in the bag (double bag it if necessary). Prompt bags are provided at the first pickup. Extra clothes outside of the bag will not be taken since all orders are prepaid by the bag size. If you have more than one bag you will pay for 2 bags at $45 or $85 each. We do not offer refunds unless something was damaged or missing and even then we will only offer a credit up to $20.
